Order process for schools and government organisations

1. Add the products you require to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

2. Create an account, entering your details into the relevant fields.

3. Choose "Purchase Order - Schools & Government organisations ONLY" at the payment methods screen and confirm your order.

4. At this point we will have received your order but its status will be pending. To update your order’s status to processing, you must fax a copy of your official purchase order* to: 01656 670890. On receiving your fax we will update your order's status to processing, for which you will receive confirmation by e-mail.

* Fax must include the following information:

•  Your Purchase order number and your CFB Supplies order number (can be found by logging into your account and viewing previous orders).

•  Your organisation’s name,  address and landline telephone number.

•  Signed by a member of staff authorised to purchase supplies.

Failure to provide the above information will result in your order not being processed.

5. Your order will then be picked, packed and despatched the same day. You will received confirmation by email as soon as your order is despatched.  An invoice (which must be paid within 30 days) will accompany your order.
