Delivery cost and times
We offer two methods of delivery. The cost of delivery is dependent on the weight of your order and shipping method you select. The time it takes for your order to be delivered also depends on the shipping method you select. Please note: inkjet cartridges will not add weight to your order.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day, although the majority are despatched the same day they are placed.
*delivery times quoted are from when the order is despatched.

Returning faulty goods
If you have received goods that appear to be faulty follow these steps:
1. Contact us with your order number, details of the goods and the fault.
2. Send the goods back to us for testing.
3. If the goods are found to be faulty a replacement will be sent out and you will be refunded for the cost of returning the goods.
4. If replacing the goods is not possible your money will be refunded.

Returning unwanted goods / goods bought by mistake
You can return unwanted goods within 10 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item or items you must first write to us by post (see the address below) detailing the items you wish to return and your order number. The goods must then be safely returned to our address, in the original condition they were sold in. Failure to do any of the above may result in a refund being denied. Refund payments will be made within 30 days of the safe return of the goods.
