The ordering ran smoothly and the Sharp fax cartridge turned up the very next day. Paperwork was all in order and a VAT receipt included (in addition to that available on-line), unlike what can happen with some suppliers.

We have used refill cartridges in the past which were completely unsatisfactory . The local retailers quote was far higher than your price and to date your cartridge is working fine. Your delivery time couldnot be bettered
