Laser printer cartridge arrived VERY quickly . . . I think it was the next day. Well packaged. I've only just installed it but print quality so far is great.
One criticism: before ordering, I needed to clarify something. It took me quite a while to find a telephone number on the website. It is there, but a bit hidden away. Could be on front page ~ more obvious.
