Given the different types of paper available, choosing the correct one for your use is a difficult task. Hopefully, we can help you to make the right decision in picking the right paper for the job at hand.
There are four differences you need to remember when choosing paper:-
size
colour
weight
printer type
The most common size used regularly is A4, but paper is available in A1, A2, A3, A5 and non-standard sizes.
The weight of paper is measured in GSM, which is also referred to as the paper's thickness. Commonly used printing paper varies between 60 and 120 gsm, with 80gsm as the preferred norm.
Printer type refers to the style of printer being used, inkjet or laser. To produce high quality prints and photographs using an inkjet printer, you need to use photographic paper whose porosity doesn't allow the ink to spread too much. Laser printers require paper that runs smoothly through the machine and provides good dimensional stability.
We also stock listing paper, pre-printed accountancy paper, business cards and labels.
