Customers using this site acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set out below. 

1. Privacy

1.1 CFB Supplies is committed to protecting your privacy. All information collected is used in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. We only use your information to process and despatch your order and to inform you of any special promotions and products that might be of interest. To opt out of e-mail information you can post a message to help_desk@cfbsupplies.co.uk informing us of your choice. At no time do we share your information with any other companies or individuals. 

2. Credit Card Security

2.1 For all payments we use Sage Pay (formerly Protx) and Paypal as our payment service providers. The secure payment pages are encrypted using 128 bit SSL encryption.

3. Product Suitability

3.1 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct selection and suitability of products for their intended use.

3.2 Search facilities on the CFB Supplies website are a guide only and the customer should check that the product they purchase is suitable for its intended use.

3.3 CFB Supplies can not be held responsible or liable for any damage to equipment caused by the wrong choice of products.

4. Product Price

4.1 All prices on our website include VAT @ 17.5% and this amount will be shown before you make your payment. VAT Registration Number: 793 4510 14.

4.2 Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Delivery

5.1 Orders containing only inkjet cartridges are delivered free of charge and will be despatched via Royal Mail first class postage. For all other items, delivery is based on weight. All delivery charges are clearly displayed before you make your purchase.

5.2 We aim to despatch all orders we receive within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). No despatches on weekends or bank holidays.

6. Back Orders

6.1 Any item not in stock will be back ordered. If this is the case, we will e-mail you with the option to cancel your order if you prefer not to wait.

7. Cancellation

7.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 10 days of receipt, under Distance Selling Regulations (DSR).

7.2 To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give CFB Supplies written notice by hand or by post. Notification by phone is not sufficient. Details should include your order number and description of goods you wish to return.

7.3 All Products must not have been misused, opened or in a condition that makes them non-saleable.

7.4 It is the customer's responsibility for the cost and safe return of any product purchased. A refund of the purchase price will be made in full. Refund payments will be made within 30 days of the goods being returned.   

8. Warranty

8.1 CFB Supplies offer a 12 month warranty on all products under conditions of normal use.

8.2 Guarantee does not cover against damage resulting from improper storage or other misuses. 

8.3 To return a product that is deemed to be faulty, customers must inform CFB Supplies first (by e-mail. telephone, fax or by post) with details of the fault with the product.

8.4 All items returned, postage paid, with the packaging undamaged, will be replaced or the full purchase price and cost of returning item refunded.

8.5 Replacements will be despatched as soon as it has been confirmed that the goods are indeed at fault. Refund payments will be made within 30 days of the goods being returned. 

8.6 CFB Supplies DO NOT offer a warranty for blank DVD Media.

9. Product Images

9.1 Images of products are for illustrative purpose only and may differ from the actual product.
